We have different classes for you and we can help you find the one that fits your interest, lifestyle and goals.

Have you ever wanted to try yoga but thought there was no way, this class is for women just like you! 

The postures will help open, stretch and strengthen your body. We will show you how to work with your breath flow to help your body connect with the pose. The only prerequisite is that you are able to get up and down from the floor, if you are unable we can modify and provide chairs that can assist with this comfortably. No yoga experience is needed.
